My clients are seeking an experinced small animal vet to join their purpose built practice within commuting distance of Nottingham, Lincoln, Sheffield and the beautiful Peak District. This small animal practice has great facilities including the latest equipment including a full theatre suite. The practice will becoming a tier 3 practice very shortly.
The role is based upon a 38 hour week and is split between night & day shifts on a shared rota basis between their team of 8 vets. Although a mixture of both night & day shifts a good work/home balance is on offer due to a large team and excellent support staff. There will be sole charge duties when on the night shift but you will always be assisted by a nurse and there is no on call.
All candidates with at least 12 months of practice experience will be considered but my client is seeking a vet who is confident, able to deal with emergencies and is comfortable working some nights. Salary varies depending on experience but good package including CPD funding which is strongly encouraged.
